Time zone converter for international meetings

Find a meeting time across cities without calculating time differences by hand. Compare local times on one timeline, select a time or range, and turn it into a message for a client, colleague, or remote team. Use it for a London–Vancouver call, a Seoul project handoff, or an interview across time zones.

How to plan a meeting across time zones

Add the cities where your participants are based.
Choose the meeting date with the date navigator. Move the slider to explore different hours.
Click a time to select it, or drag to compare a range in 30-minute steps. Check each city’s local date as well as its time.
Use Share to copy a link to the selected time, or Copy to choose a ready-to-send scheduling message.

Copy a meeting time into an email or chat

Choose a short time summary, an availability question, a meeting proposal, or a request for confirmation. The Copy dialog places other cities before your home city by default. Drag the city chips to put your recipient first; every message updates to match the new order. Select a message card to copy it, then paste it into your email, team chat, or calendar invitation.

Messages with “your time” use the first city for the recipient and “my time” for your home city. Additional locations keep their city names. If you place your home city first, it keeps “my time” so the message does not misidentify your own time zone.

Share the same selected time with your team

The Share button copies a link containing your selected time or range and cities. A recipient can open it to see the same selection without rebuilding the comparison. Sharing a link does not create a calendar event or send an invitation.

Account for daylight saving and different calendar dates

The converter uses each city’s time zone rules for the date you select. Check the actual meeting date rather than assuming today’s time difference will stay the same. When a copied message includes cities on different calendar dates, it includes the differing dates to make next-day or previous-day times clear.

How do I compare three or more time zones?

Add each participant’s city. All rows represent the same moment, so you can compare London, Seoul, Vancouver, or other locations together. Drag across the timeline to compare a time range.

How do I write a meeting time in the recipient’s time zone?

Select a time and open Copy. Move the recipient’s city to the first position, then choose a message card. The “your time” options refer to that first city, “my time” refers to your home city, and other locations use city names.

Can I change the city order in a copied message?

Yes. Drag the city chips at the top of the Copy dialog, or focus a chip and use the left and right arrow keys. The message previews update immediately. This order applies to the copy dialog, without changing your timeline city order.

Does the converter account for daylight saving time?

Yes. Times and offsets use each city’s time zone rules for the selected date. Select the date of your meeting to compare the appropriate local times.

What if the meeting falls on a different day in another city?

The timeline displays local date changes. Copied messages also include a date for locations whose start date differs from the first city’s date.

How do I share a selected meeting time?

Click Share below the selected time. The link is copied automatically and shown in a dialog. Opening it restores the selected time or range and the included cities.

Do I need an account, and where are my cities stored?

No account is required. Preferences are stored in your browser. A shared link includes the selected time and cities so recipients can open the same comparison; it does not replace their saved preferences.
