Merge PDF
Files are processed on this device. No document upload.
Some previews could not be rendered. Verify the downloaded PDF in a PDF viewer.
Combine PDF files into one document
When a report, contract pack or set of scanned documents arrives in separate PDFs, Merge PDF can place them in one file. Add two or more PDFs and arrange the source files in the order you want. Pages from each file are added in their existing internal order, so the result follows the sequence you reviewed.
How to merge PDFs
- Choose or drop at least two PDF files into the workspace.
- Review the first-page previews and drag or use the move controls to set the file order. Remove a file if it should not be included.
- Create the combined PDF and download the new document. Your original files on disk are not overwritten, and input documents are not uploaded to IT Drawer.
What merging does and does not change
Merging combines pages rather than turning every page into a screenshot. However, bookmarks, attachments, accessibility tags and some links may not survive. Password-protected, certified/signed or interactive-form documents are not supported. Check the downloaded PDF before sharing an important result. For changing page order within one PDF rather than combining whole files, use Organize PDF.
Common questions
Can I choose which PDF goes first?
Yes. Arrange the source files before merging. The pages from each source PDF stay in their original order.
Are my original PDF files changed?
No. You download a new combined document. The files you selected from your device are not overwritten.
Are my PDFs uploaded to IT Drawer?
No. Processing happens on your device in the browser. Documents are subject to the tool's per-file and per-session safety limits.
Can I merge a password-protected or signed PDF?
Not in this version. Password-protected, certified/signed and interactive-form PDFs are excluded by the current import policy.
