Rearrange pages within a PDF
When the pages in a document are out of order, sideways or no longer needed, Organize PDF lets you correct the page arrangement without rebuilding the document. Open one PDF, review the page previews and reorder, rotate or remove the selected pages. Undo and Redo let you reconsider changes before creating a new file.
What you can change
- Reorder: move a page earlier or later, or drag it to a different position.
- Rotate: turn selected pages in 90-degree steps when a scan has the wrong orientation.
- Remove: leave unwanted pages out of the new PDF without deleting the original source file.
How to organize PDF pages
- Choose a PDF and review its page thumbnails.
- Select pages and use the move, rotate or remove controls. Use Undo or Redo if you need to restore an earlier arrangement.
- Create and download the reorganized PDF. The tool runs locally in your browser.
Need to take just a few pages and save them to their own file instead? Use Split PDF. Need to combine multiple source documents? Use Merge PDF.
Common questions
Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Select the page to rotate, then use the rotate controls in 90-degree steps.
Does removing a page delete it from my original file?
No. Removed pages are omitted from the new output; your source file remains untouched.
Can I undo a change before downloading?
Yes. The organizer includes Undo and Redo for page arrangement actions within the current session.
